Before placing any order, you must agree to all terms and conditions mentioned on the site. We reserve the rights to make amendments to policies without any prior notice.

Shipping Information:

	After receiving 100% payment in advance, we will dispatch your ordered goods within 3-5 working days. We don't offer credit.
	We prefer to ship all goods on week days only, do inform us in advance if the consignment has to be shipped on any specific days.
	Transit time is co-related to pick-up time vis-à-vis the respective cut-off time.
	All shipments which are returned or re-directed to the origin or other destination due to non acceptance by the intended recipient, or the address being incorrect or based on Clients' instructions, shall be charged as per applicable freight & will be paid by clients. No deduction will be acceptable under RTO clause"
	Orders will not be shipped on Holidays. All orders received on Holidays will be processed the next following business day.
	All items are checked before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed by our in-house logistics department.
	We makes every effort possible to ship your order complete & safely. Our stock moves very fast, so due to any un-availability, we will ship rest of goods & later will ship the pending goods without any extra shipping charges or under rare circumstances, we may substitute your order. This may happen in the event that we are out of any product / products when you place your order or due to unforeseen reasons some time imported items are delayed by supplier or shipping service or held up at customs. Under such situation Multi Fish Lanka reserves the right to make any suitable substitutions without any prior notification.

Exchanges & Shipment Damage:

	Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
	If we have made an ERROR to your order, please contact us at +94779015157 within 24 hours of item receipt so that we can make things right. No exceptions. We will process your new order after recieving the materials sent by us to you.
	All items must be returned in brand new condition with all original packaging and invoice or receipt at their cost. We will not pay or refund the shipping charges.
	The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches to us. Please insure all return shipments including defective items. While sending the goods to us, please assure that you have pack the goods carefully so item / items won’t get damage during return shipment. We are not responsible for return items damaged during shipment.

Warranty Policy and Defective Claims:

If a product, that is not covered under a long term Warranty, is found to be defective after 7 days from the date of receipt, the defective claim must be handled with the product manufacturer, if the product is covered under a Manufacturer's Warranty. We would love to attempt to resolve any product issues. Feel free to call us for assistance.

Account Information:

During Account creation or in Billing and Shipping name and address, any false or incorrect representation or information may lead to account cancellation without refund and any notification from Aquariums India.

Communication:

Any communication between our representative and visitor, user, customer or registered member of Multi Fish Lanka (Pvt) Ltd website is given explicit instructions to speak or communicate by any medium in civilized language and refrain from any personal questions or out of line questions or usage of foul language.
